Production Details
HIGHLAND PEAK is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky; made by 100% malted barley with the traditional Scottish method of double distillation.
Our Highland’s single malt is matured in bourbon casks for 15 years to meet our whisky director’s highest quality & taste standards. The whisky is then cut to bottling strength of 46%, using exceptionally pure spring water and is non-chill filtered.
Tasting Notes
Appearance
Deep gold colour with hints of warm amber.
Nose
Rich notes of vanilla, dried fruits and oak.
Taste
A spicy lingering finish make up for an extraordinary taste.

Well rounded, warm and complex.
